    Im thinking Ill disconnect the linkage part, and set it to the "loaded" setting, and see how it goes. If it works out, ill bypass it altogether.

Im still confused, but I am suspecting the forward proportioning valve might be different for trucks using the LSPV.     Door Hinge Pins Not Seating?

    I had the same problem, and i realized i should have drilled the hinge body holes out slightly. But I installed them just as you have pictured, and so far, so good.

    all the above advice is accurate, but I would get another quart mixed of the same product and color, because that top seems a bit large for a single stage paint to cover.

I did track down the problem and it was due to "human error",...I am that human, LOL,...it was in the ignition switch on the column,..when I clipped in the harness to the switch, I did not notice one male connector (12g brown wire) bent outwards as I connected it.     my theory, also,...I do have and used a test light on the fuse box, neither side of the fuse holders have power in the on position. I hate throwing parts at problems, and hoping for the best, but I may pop in an ignition switch. Thanks to all you guys for helping,.....any other ideas would also...
