a 2wd manual has a high hump, that ends before the large driver-pass floor support. a 4wd has a welded in floor piece that sits over the transfer case, and has a different high hump over the trans that bolts in. SRW or Dually
I'd get the dually. If you decide it's a PITA, you can convert it back to SRW fairly easy. This is what I did/am doing. Hell you may find someone looking to go the other way and trade straight up. That's the good thing with the crews is they are all on the same frames. So dually or not...- RADustin

I'm converting my 2wd '76 crewcab with similar year 4wd cab parts. I have the weld in rear segment and the bolt in front segment. I understand the weld in rear segment spot welds in from the bottom, but how do I attach the front bolt in segment? Are there weld nuts on the bottom of the cab...- RADustin

yes! I agree. My dually truck that is my donor has 1 mud flap thing on one side but not the other. Looks to be dually specific though. I guess I got it all figured out. I'm going on the hunt for drivers side filler pieces. -

I wish! There is a sharp reverse bend in it. I'd have to bead roll that bend in it to get the two bends that close. I'm going to search around for some pieces. -

I have these filler/guards from when I got my bed floor and it had a trashed bedside left on it. They are for the passenger side- but I'm still waiting on my passenger side bedside from LMC. They are on backorder. Anyways, one goes around the fuel filler and one goes after the wheel well... -

this is how I have the front of the wheel arch support bolted up right now. doesn't seem correct on the top mount?? The tab doesn't sit smooth/flush. I compared the two bed supports I have and they seem identical, not left or right. LMC also lists them as being the same PN left and right. -

6.5' I believe. Shortbed. 73-80. Round hole filler. No I dont think you can get just skins. I have the full bolt on bedsides from LMC. I'll get some pics of what I have today. this is what I vaguely remember. When I bought my bed floor, it had a very damaged and destroyed bedside still... -
