How to Identify a 700r4

Thanks for the info. It's a 4wd so my speedo cable is on the transfer case. I'm just picking up a few cores right now. I've got this one and a 89 k case.

Hi guys and gals. I'm new to the forum and came across this thread. I seem to have a odd ball trans that I'm trying to figure out. I'm pretty sure it's a newer style 700r4 It's a jasper rebuild - pulled out of a 89 blazer so I have to assume it was built for that. The numbers on...

New Guy from Michigan just bought a 87 v20

Just a new guy from Michigan Recently purchased my father n laws 87 V20 4wd. It's almost completely original right down to the factory exhaust system.
