    I put in a 2wd box from Napa. Am I going to regret it? I did the XJ shaft swap. What was your negative experience? If I go to PSC I'm getting hydro assist.

    Not a real exciting upgrade, but I just installed a steering box brace from ORD. Also, installed a new hinge pin and spring on the DS door.

    I've already done it. Got rid of the rag joint.

    Think it's the "lower bearing". Ecklers has it for $45.00. Is there anything else I should address while I'm doing this fix.

    It's like I'm missing a bearing or brushing. I tried to upload a video to show how much slop but couldnt figure out how. It's an easy 3/16" or so.

    Just scored all the hardware and brackets for $100.00! Sweet! So I guess all I need is the adapter plates from Kwik. Pumped!

    I just became aware of the brackets from Kwik Performance yesterday. Do you happen to know which years I can pull the aluminum brackets off the 350's?

    A buddy of mine said that he and a friend used to install them on RV's in the 90's. He's on the look out for me for a used one. I'll look into the Trans Go. Thanks.

    My bad. Just crawled under and looked at the oil pan. It's a th400. The back of the pan kinda looks like the lower portion of the state of Texas.
