    Well Alright, got it going. Sometimes its the simplest thing. Found brown wire and rechecked making sure to have a good ground with tester and had power, checked everywhere else and had power, theeeen, just happened to notice wire going to blower motor wasnt pushed on all the way .     Ok, I quit fighting with it and unbolted it, picked it up, few turns of 1/4" socket, problem fixed. Easier than trying to wrestle it .

    Just wanted to add, when I say they come on and stay on, they just don't blink, they will go back off when lever triggers back to off
