Only noise is like its low on fluid at a complete stop when I try to turn but. That is not the case I'm full anytime I check it. And kong jr. I'm about 30 minutes out from Pittsburgh. Near vandergrift- Kbody428

Question about steering problem?
So I've noticed an increasing problem in my steering ability when still. Once I get moving I have no problems with steering. Now is this because I have 40inch tires or something to do with the belt needing more tension or did I burn out my pump?. Here is a picture of the ole girl- Kbody428
