NP208 rebuild issue/problem
Well... in case anyone searches for this in the future.... Could not figure this out for the longest time. A real head scratcher... but i was right that the main shaft wasnt going forward enough in the case, and pressure from the tailshaft was locking everything up. There should never be any instance where the T/Case separates from the tranny under load... you either have loose bolts at the adapter or a broken case on the transfer case.- jabara572
