    Thought I would provide an update, I replaced the flasher and now everything works as it should. I guess I figured because some of the bulbs would flash it couldn't be the flasher, but live and learn I guess. Thanks for the suggestions though!

    Yeah the previous owner definitely messed with the wiring in the engine bay, but the turn signals look factory. The side markers work. Everything works fine until I put the bulb in the front turn signals. Thanks for the link, I'll take a look!

    I'll have to try that when I get home today. So if it doesn't work then, that would mean the ground is the issue right? I'll give that a shot

    I grounded the test light on the battery, and the running lights work yes
