Fuel pump pushrod won’t slide into block
What's the engine out of originally? My 78 Malibu has a 350 Vortec out of a 97 Chevy truck and the block isn't even drilled for a mechanical fuel pump pushrod. I have an electric fuel pump on it.- Durwoods85

Radiator removal
Pretty sure you can just unbolt the shroud and push it back over the fan to remove the radiator. I've had a few squarebodies and don't remember one that you couldn't do that way.- Durwoods85

Getting RPO codes for my truck

I have the same problem, not trying to hijack your thread but will be watching it for any info. I have an '85 GMC that I've had for several years as a wood hauler/beater. My SPID label is unreadable also and I would love to find out the details, getting ready to restore the truck.- Durwoods85
