TH400 shift problems (At the column)
Aw thanks for the reply. Turned out to be the steering column. Mechanic rebuilt the steering column for 420 bucks and now everything works great again. I dont know what he actually did inside that steering column but he completely removed the column and sent it to a shop.- Chaz

Slow and labored power windows
I like the lmc relay kit because its super easy install with good directions.....i dont think i could build the relay kit myself.....i hate doin electrical......its a 40 dollar kit for 2 doors....comes with everything pre made.....i didnt even solder any wires just used the crimper and butt...- Chaz

Slow and labored power windows
I just recently did the lmc truck relay upgrade on my suburban. Ended up replacing drivers side door switch....4 switches in one assembly. And the pigtail... Still had problems until i realized the connectors that go to the motor were bad....replaced 2 connectors at front two motors....and now...- Chaz

Door hinge repair....
Note regarding hinge pin replacement.......hinge pins must be pressed in with a press.....i tried and failed with big hammer and even a vice..... -

So looks like all the torque from the hinge spring went into the lower half of the hinge.....single bolt....causing excessive strain on the door hinge mount where it broke.....instead of dispersing the torque across the entire hinge assembly and 3 mounting bolts -

Well think i found the problem.....frickin hinge was broke....the connector piece holding the top and bottom of the hinge is just gone......wonder how that happened the door been working fine for years lol.... -

Door hinge repair....
Driver door makes loud pop sound when opening or closing. Took a closer look and it looks like the lower single bolt on the upper hinge.....door side not truck side...the bolt hole is cracked around and the metal is flexing a lot....anyone have this happen? Any easy fix? Pull the door off and... -

No high speed fan/blower
I thought the stock setup was the high speed wire runs from the relay straight to the motor for straight 12v power.....I'd like to hook it back up that way if I could figure that out- Chaz
