    I had the module tested and it was good and so was the old one. I replaced the fusible link as well that goes from the firewall to the distributor just in case that was the issue but no go.     So odd thing I went down and tried to start the truck and it started it ran for a min or two and then died and would not start back up.

    I have pulled a wire and plug and had it grounded and there was no spark. There is fuel pumping into the carb

    Also I have replaced the cap and rotor and plugs and wires as well too.

    I have an 82 C10 with the same issues. I replaced the starter, alternator, ignition switch, ignition coil and ignition control module. I have also bypassed the ESC wires going to the distributor and have the module unplugged under the dash as well. The truck still just cranks and will not start...
