All I can tell you is this. In my area all Kia's get stolen constantly. So much so that some local Police Departments were giving out free Club steering wheel locks to Kia owners in their area. Priming a New Water Pump?
I never had to prime a water pump. Mostly working on my hot rods. I have found it best to burp the cooling system while jacking up the front end of my cars as far as I can. Making the radiator the highest possible point for air to escape. I only ever had bad experiences with wrong casted...- Average Joe

Replacing carb
This was my decades long fight with the Edelbrock 1406 and my small block Ford engines. The same will hold true for GM. The 1406 metering and charts are set for emissions controlled cars and trucks and are set way too damn lean from the factory. You have to dial them in using the 1405 specs...- Average Joe
