Returning after a few year hiatus
It’s not as fast as it should be. It only ran 13.5 @ 106 mph. The th350 tranny does not like the extra hp it hesitates on the shifts I’ve got a ratchet shifter to install so I can hopefully fix that. It should be mid to high 12s with the setup I have.- 78shortandwide

Returning after a few year hiatus
Well I’m back. Life happened and had to sell my 78 but I picked up a 73 c10 that I’ve had for about 2 years now. I bought it as a roller first I put a big block in it but that was just not as reliable as I would have liked it to be, so I sold that motor and swapped in a ls 5.3 drove that around...- 78shortandwide

What brand of stereo equipment do you like best?
I like Pioneer head units for their tunability. Alpine does not have that great of tunability, and most alpine head units dont have a cd slot you have to use your mp3 player or a flash drive. Never seen these before.
the more weight your tires and axle wiegh the more effective multiple shocks are...unless you are running some 50" plus tires and rockwells they really dont do much for you. most people just buy a better shock rather than runing multiple ones.- 78shortandwide
